1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) to use MindBluff. If you are under 18, use the service only with a parent or guardian’s permission.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account, including keeping your password confidential. You may play as a guest without creating an account, but progression and stats will only be saved with an account.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t do any of the following:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate scores, XP, achievements, or leaderboards.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players, including through display names or in-app content.
• Automate the service, scrape data, or bypass rate limits.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, servers, or infrastructure.
• Upload or transmit content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Content and intellectual property

MindBluff, including its game design, logo, wordmark, question set, code, and visual identity, is owned by Busayo Adegbuji. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from it without permission. [legal review required for content-licensing language.]

5. User-submitted content

Feedback, bug reports, and questions you submit may be used to operate and improve MindBluff. Don’t submit anything you do not have the right to share.

6. Trivia accuracy

Trivia questions and answers may contain occasional errors. We welcome corrections through Support. Approved corrections are applied on a rolling basis.

7. Service availability

MindBluff is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

[legal review required.] To the maximum extent permitted by law, Busayo Adegbuji disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile. We may terminate or restrict your access for violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitations) will continue to apply.

10. Governing law and disputes

11. Changes to these Terms
